modern building friendly staff great breakfast convenient location
the hotel is modern. the staff is friendly. the building is clean. i loved the amazing views of valletta from the room. breakfast was great with a good selection. i also really enjoyed the gym it had everything i needed for my workout. the location is convenient with easy access to restaurants and shops
the music by the pool could be a bit loud sometimes making it difficult to fully relax in the area dedicated to hotel guests

the gym has modern equipment. guests have easy access to the beach club via an underground passage. a very nice pool area is available by the water it is perfect for cooling off after a workout.

the breakfast buffet is great it includes a variety of options. fresh omelettes and poached eggs are available every morning. there are also some very tasty pear crumble and cured salmon, some items that other hotels don't have.

the room was spacious. it had a coffee machine. there was also an iron and ironing board available. the housekeeping service was excellent i really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evening with fine view.

obstructed view missing water
The sea view I booked was partially obstructed (from my "sea front" room!). It was somewhat improved after I complained for three days. The gym didn't provide any water, and neither did the spa next door. I found this strange for a hotel charging over 200 euros per night.

great location clean room friendly staff
i found the location great with easy access to shops.. i also enjoyed the spacious and clean room. the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the staff was friendly.
the music at the pool was quite loud, hard to relax fully. i wish there had been a quieter area available.

nice stay, some minor issues
great location easy access professional staff pool area poor service sun bed
i stayed here for a conference. the location is excellent.. a great selection of restaurants is nearby. it is also just a five-minute walk to the ferry terminal with easy access to valletta. the staff were professional and cute.
the pool area lets this place down. i was told i could not use the pool because i had not booked my sun beds the day before. the hotel only has access to the last row of beds. i found the service at the pool club shocking.
